By establishing a legal entity and having local teams in each market we operate in, we have complete oversight and control over compliance and local labor laws.

Legal employer of record

The only legal way to hire employees abroad is through an employment agreement. We sign one with each of your employees and handle all legal aspects on your behalf.

Contractor and freelance agreements may pose a legal risk of being considered disguised employment. 


Company-owned equipment

Every one of our clients' employees works using a company computer provided to them by Staffviser. Our clients also have the option to own the equipment directly.
Personal computers may pose a threat to your security and intellectual property rights.

Two-stage NDA process

IPRs are transferred to the employee's legal employer, Staffviser, then to your entity. You’ll always receive full IP ownership from anywhere we operate.
